Why train with Dr Bruce Grimley from Achieving Lives Ltd?
Bruce is a member trainer with 3 of the largest and most respected global associations for Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and recognised as a Master NLP trainer by 2 of these organisations, with over 30 years’ experience of training other people in NLP.
NLP is based upon many psychological ideas and that is why it is the 3rd most popular coaching modality, even above cognitive behavioural coaching according to Professor Passmore, (2017).
HOWEVER NLP distanced itself from psychology from the earliest days, going out of it’s way to translate well known psychology science, (e.g. “classical conditioning”), into its own vocabulary; “anchoring”, so as to focus on what is immediately practical and useful. (Bostic St Clair & Grinder, 2001, 273).
Most excitingly you will learn how to use modelling as a way of learning, by observation, imitation, and calibration to others who are excellent. Within NLP we believe you can exponentially increase the quality of your experience through this method.
This operationalises the famous saying of the psychologist who invented the term “Flow”:
“People who learn to control inner experience, will be able to determine the quality of their lives, which is as close as any of us can come to being happy”. (Csikszentmihalyi, M. 1990).
Every delegate on this course will get a free coaching session, (worth £150), with Bruce after graduation, so as to support and point them into the right directions concerning how they can make best use of their NLP certificate and the new skills and knowledge they have learned.
